You can configure multiple settings under ‘Registration’. See the screenshot below for an elaboration.
Minimum number of participants. You can set a minimum number of participants that must register for the session to take place. If this number is not reached, the administrator of the internal event will be notified. They can then decide whether to proceed with the session or not.
Maximum number of participants. When you set this, no more participants can register than this number. In the example above, a maximum of 15 participants can register per session.
Activate waiting list. If the maximum number of participants is reached, employees can register for the waiting list.
Allow cancellations. Employees can cancel their participation after they have registered if this option is enabled. You can also set how many days in advance they can cancel. This is useful if you want to allow cancellations up to, for example, 3 days before the session starts. If a participant wants to cancel after that, they can only do so by contacting the administrator. This will also be mentioned on the information page of the internal event.
Close registration. When enabled, registration automatically closes a specific number of days before the internal event begins.
Activate "I'm interested" button. Employees can indicate their interest in the event without registering for a session.
Allow multiple active registrations. Are you organizing an event where employees can register for multiple sessions (e.g., skills labs, workshops, sports sessions, etc.)? Then enable 'allow multiple registrations' so that employees can register for several sessions of the same event at the same time.
