In the editor of the author tool, you can add two different elements, modules, and topics. You start with a module and add one or more topics to it. You can compare a module to a chapter in which the topics contain the actual contents of the chapter.
You can create a module by clicking on ‘Create new module’ in the editor. After you've created a module, you can add one or more topics using the plus icon beside the module.
For an employee, the configuration above looks as in the image below.
