You can use categories to categorise your content library so employees can find what they're looking for quicker and easier.
Below you can read how to create groups and categories step by step.
Go to the LMS and click on Academy Settings > Library & Content and navigate to the tab 'Categories'.
In the top right, you’ll see the button ‘Create Group’.
Click on this button to create a group in which you can make categories.
At least one training has to be assigned to a group or category before it becomes visible in the academy.You can create a group by submitting a name under Name and then clicking on the ‘Create’ button.
You can also add an image to the group by selecting the desired image under ‘Choose file from computer’. This image is visible in the academy as the logo of the group when you want to show the categories in groups on the academy.
After the group has been created, you set up the categories within the group.Click on the group to open it.
In the top right you’ll see the button ‘Create category’.
Click on it and you’ll see a small screen in which you can fill in the name of the category.
Then click on the ‘Create’ button and your new category will be created. In this way, you can fill the group with as many categories as you want.
