How do I manage visibility of an online course?

If you publish an online course in the LMS, you can set it to visible, visible to some, or hidden. 

There are three different visibility settings:

1. Visible to all: All users who have access to the Academy can find the learning item in the library. 

2. Visible to some: If you want to make a learning item visible to a specific group of users, you can also make it visible to one or more teams. You can do this by selecting visible to some in the settings of the learning item. Then you indicate for which team(s) this should be visible. 

3. Hidden: If you choose to set the learning item to invisible, it is not accessible to all users. You must then assign a learning item to one or more users in order to have it show up on their dashboard. You can do this by means of a separate learning item or by placing a number of (invisible) learning items in a learning track.

It is also possible to manage the visibility settings for a selection of or all online courses. Also, you can link a category to several online training items at the same time.
