What data can you find in the Qualifications reporting?

Modified on Tue, 7 Jan at 11:20 AM

In the LMS under reportings you find four main menus. In this article, you will learn what data you can find in the section qualifications reports and how you can perform different actions to get exactly the data set that is relevant for you.

Tip: For a general guide on how to use the reporting section, e.g. on how to use the filters or downloading/ scheduling a report, see this FAQ

In the Qualifications report menu, you find three tabs:

  • Qualifications activity
  • Qualifications
  • Roles

Qualifications activity

In this tab you have a visualization of the status of qualifications in your organization.
On the left you have all the teams and for each team, you get an overview on the different status of qualifications:

  • On track: here you see the total number of valid qualifications.
  • Exempted: here you see the total number of qualifications, which are paused due to the employees being absent for a longer period of time (or other reasons, like COVID making it impossible to obtain qualifications)
  • at risk: here you see the total number of qualifications which are about to expire soon. The at-risk-period can be defined for each qualification individually.
  • not qualified: total number of qualifications that are expired or have never been acquired.

Users who do not belong to a team are grouped in 'users without a team'.

Next to the team's name, you have a magnifier symbol. By clicking on it, you drill down on the data of the team.

You then get an overview per user in the team and the status of qualifications per user.

You can drill down further by clicking on the numbers next to a specific user to get more specific information on the qualifications of this user.

You can also drill down on the data by clicking on the total numbers in each section with a status. You can then see all the users including their name, e-mail address and the specific qualification. For example, if you click on the total number of 'on track' qualifications next to a team, you see which users are on track and the qualifications they are on track with.

Qualifications

In this tab you find a list with all users connected to all the different qualifications in your organization and the status of each user per qualification.
You can use the filter on the right to find relevant information on a user, a qualification or the status.

Roles

Qualifications can be grouped together to a role.

In this tab you find a list with all users and the connected roles in your organization and the status per user (qualified/ not qualified).
You can use the filter on the right side to filter the list for relevant information. It's also possible to generate a report by clicking on the button on the right upper side.
