When the request has been sent, the provider can review it in the provider environment. This may lead to questions, and the contact person might be contacted. The provider can then create a proposal. As soon as this has been done, the contact person or persons will receive an email. In the platform the status of the in-company request changes to Provider proposal.
This proposal will contain all standard details and a price mechanism. This is a summary of the costs and everything falling under this heading. The provider will determine him- or herself how this is compiled. For example, on the basis of the maximum number of attendees, or the number of users registered at the start of the course. In addition, the provider can add additional costs such as study materials or lunch if applicable.
The proposed sessions can be found under the heading 'Dates & Locations'. If the proposal is accepted, a request will be started for every registered session.
