If there has not yet been contact with a provider, choose the option 'Create in-company training’. Make a new proposal for the provider to review.
If you want to register a new in-company training, you have to fill in a number of mandatory fields in the request before you can submit the request. What fields have to be filled in before you can submit the request is stated at the top of the page.
Note: the contact person is involved in several steps in this procedure and has an important role. You can link several contact persons to the request if it is important that they are informed about the request when the status changes. Bear in mind that you cannot choose any contact persons without 'Manage in-company' permissions. This FAQ article tells you how to assign the right permissions to a contact person. It is possible to delete or change contact persons in the interim.
In addition, clearly describe the course objective. If the desired provider is not available, you can submit a request to add them to the platform by clicking on the link 'invite the provider to come here'.
Send in-company proposal
When all mandatory details have been filled in, the proposal can be sent to the provider. A pop-up screen will appear, explaining the next steps. The status of the request now changes to 'Awaiting proposal'.
The provider makes a proposal and sends it to the contact persons
One of the contact persons must accept or reject the proposal
If the proposal is accepted, the contact person can start the request approval flow
