If you go to 'People' and select 'All users' in the LMS, you can view an employee's account by clicking on their name. Then navigate to the 'Information' tab, where under 'Additional Information' you can see the custom fields that have been specifically set up for your Academy.
For each academy, it is possible to enable custom fields where relevant user information can be stored.
If you would like to add a custom field to the user information in your academy, you can contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or send a request to our Technical Support team via the contact form.
Where applicable, these fields can also be supplemented through an automatic HR integration.

If you want to use a custom field with additional user information with a trigger for automation, then proceed as follows:
- Create a trigger (FAQ article on how to do this, here)
- Select the event "Additional user information is updated"
- Save and add an action that should be triggered
- Done!
With these simple steps, you create a trigger based on additional user information in your Studytube Academy.
