How do I send an email?

You can send emails from the LMS from the employee overview. You can do this by selecting one or more users. When you choose multiple or all employees, you can also send emails in bulk. If you select one employee, a bar containing the option ‘Send email’ will appear.



If you click on this option, the pop-up below will appear. You can change the sender and the sending email address. Your own name and email address are shown here by default. 



You’re free to add to the content. Before you send the email, you can save it as a draft and send it at a later time. You can also send the email immediately by clicking on send. 


If you first save the email as a draft, you can find it under ‘Emails’ in the LMS. From there you can edit them under ‘Draft emails’ before they are sent to users. 


It is possible to send all emails under 'Concepts' in bulk. To do this, you need to select the checkbox at the top of the page and choose the option 'Select all...' in the black header. 



‘Sent emails’ contains all the emails already sent from your account. If an email is sent from a different account, it is not shown in this overview. This also applies to emails which are automatically sent via a trigger. For example, a notification that a learning intervention has been completed or a certificate has been generated.


If you click on the email, you’ll see the contents. You may choose to resend one or more emails via the 'Resend Email' icon when you mouse over the line.
