It may be the case that you want to assign a learning item to an employee, but receive the error message 'insufficient licenses for employees.' This means that the employee does not have a content license.
What is a content license and where can I see how many are still available?
A content license is required to access the learning interventions in the Studytube Content Library. In the LMS, under Settings -> Licenses, you can see how many content licenses are still available.
How do I assign a content license to an employee?
If an employee does not have a content license, you can assign one yourself. Here’s how you can do that:
- Search for the employee in the LMS via the 'Employees' section.
- Click the three dots behind the employee’s name.
- Select 'Assign Content License.'
In the employee overview, it’s also possible to filter for employees without a content license. You can then assign a content license to these employees in bulk using the steps above.
