Studytube's AI chatbot, Ruby, is trained on the FAQ articles in our service portal. She can only answer platform-related questions whose solutions are described in the FAQ. She cannot access Academy management or view sensitive information about your company or employees. For example:
- Ruby can answer: “How do I create a training?”
- Ruby cannot answer: “What time does Piet’s training start?” or “What will the weather be like tomorrow?”
Does Ruby always provide the right answer?
Ruby is an AI chatbot and can make mistakes. Usually, she includes a source with her answer, such as the article from which she retrieved her information. You can always verify whether the information provided meets your needs.
