What data can you find in the internal events reporting?

Modified on Thu, 18 Dec at 8:31 AM

As of 15 November 2025, the reporting pages for internal events have been completely redesigned. The new dashboards give you instant answers to questions such as:

  • Which sessions are scheduled?

  • Who attended?

  • Which events still require action?

What’s improved?

  • Clear distinction between active and completed sessions

  • Fewer clicks thanks to consolidated dashboards

  • Direct links from the reports to the relevant follow-up actions

You can find these insights via Library > Insights. There are now five dashboards and two reports available.

The reports “Internal Events Overview” and “Planning” remain unchanged.

The five redesigned dashboards

1. Internal Events Insights

(Only available to users with (co-)author permissions on events)

This dashboard provides a complete overview of all your events, including:

  • Number of events organized

  • Average rating

  • Attendance rates (overall and per event)

  • Overview of all events with relevant data

Questions this dashboard answers:

  • How many events do not yet have a scheduled session?

  • How many sessions have been cancelled?

  • Which events are rated well or poorly?

  • How many registrations, interested users, or cancellations are there per event?

2. Active Sessions

Insights into all sessions that are still scheduled.

3. Past Sessions

View who attended, who cancelled, and how the sessions were rated.

4. Locations and Trainers

Overview of scheduled sessions per location and the trainers involved.

5. Session Insights

Deeper insights into attendance, cancellations, and ratings per session.
