Events – where can you find the information from the original dashboards?

As of 15 November 2025, the reporting pages for events have been completely redesigned. The new dashboards provide immediate answers to questions such as:

Which sessions are scheduled?
Who attended?
Which events still require action?

What has been improved?

Clear distinction between active and completed sessions
Fewer clicks because multiple dashboards have been combined
Direct links in the dashboards to relevant pages for next steps

New reporting structure

Under Library > Insights, you will now find five new dashboards and two existing reports.

Five new dashboards:

Dashboard	Content
Internal events insights	Insight into active, past, and scheduled sessions.
Active sessions	Overview of all sessions that are still scheduled.
Completed sessions	Data on completed sessions, including attendance and evaluations.
Locations and trainers	Insight into used locations and linked trainers per session.
Session insights	Details on participants, attendance, planning, and action points.

⚠️ Note: some dashboards are only visible with the correct user permissions.
