To publish a training in Studytube, you first need to complete a number of required fields. The requirements differ per training type. Below is an overview per type.
Authoring Tool
To publish a training created with the authoring tool, complete the following:
Training name
Image
Description
Learning objectives
At least one topic and/or at least one valid quiz (these must also be published)
LTI (External Integration)
For LTI trainings, the requirements are:
Select an LTI provider
Add the external LTI link
Set a minimum score for completion
Training name
Image
Description
Learning objectives
External Training Link
For trainings added via an external link:
Training name
Image
Description
Learning objectives
External link to the training
SCORM Package
For SCORM trainings:
Training name
Image
Description
Learning objectives
Upload the SCORM package (.zip file)
Once the minimum requirements are met, you can publish the training and make it available to employees.
