Setting up and activating a professional group in the LMS

After the PE-Online account is linked and a  field has been created for a professional group, you can activate a professional group in the LMS.

Activating a professional group in the LMS:

1. Go to 'PE-Online' in the LMS and click on the tab 'Professional group'

2. Here you can see all professional groups according to PE-Online, the group is inactive as standard. If you do not see the list, this means that you still have to complete step 1.

3. Place your mouse on the professional group you want to activate and click on 'Activate'.

4. A dialogue window will appear with the request to select a  field.

5. Choose a  field that you want to link to the professional group.

6. This  field is at user level and contains a registration number of the user.

7. Click on 'Activate' to close the dialogue window and to successfully assign the  field to the group.
