Setting up accreditation for PE-Online

Set up the correct mapping between a Studytube course and a course in PE-Online.

Your PE-Online account contains courses which award PE points when the user has (partly) successfully completed them. These courses are identified with PE-Course ID.

Setting up a learning accreditation:

1. Go to 'PE-Online' in the LMS and click on the tab 'Accredited learning items'

2. Here you will see all active accreditations in the LMS, if present. You can add new learning accreditations or edit existing ones.

3. Click on 'Add accredited learning items' to link courses in your LMS to courses in your PE-Online account.

4. A dialogue window will appear, with information you must add
   a. Select a course: this is a course from your library
   b. PE-Course ID: this is the Course ID of your PE-Online account.
   c. PE-Module ID: If the PE Online courses comprises more than one module, you must fill in both the PE-Module ID and the PE-Course ID
   d. Select a professional group: This is a group where you want to reward the users when they have completed the selected learning experience.

5. When the above details have been filled in, click on 'Save' to create a new accreditation. As of now, details will be automatically sent to PE-Online when the user has completed the course.

Note: In PE-Online there are four kinds of learning formats with which a user can earn points.

1. Training with physical meetings (classical), accreditation per meeting. (Not supported)

2. Online courses (E-learning). (✓ Supported)

3. Expertise groups. (Not supported)

4. Course with physical meetings (class), accreditation for all meetings. (Not supported)
   
   

At present Studytube only supports the learning format 'Online courses'. You cannot set up accreditation for physical lessons like events and classical courses.
