Setting up accreditation for PE-Online

Set the correct mapping between a Studytube training and a training in PE-online

In your PE-online account, you have trainings that award PE points when the participant has (partially) completed them successfully. These trainings are identified by a PE-Course ID.

Setting up a learning accreditation:

  1. In the LMS, go to "PE-online" and click on the "Accredited Learning Items" tab.
  2. Here you will see all active accreditations in the LMS, if any. You can add new learning accreditations or edit existing ones.
  3. Click "Add accredited learning items" to map trainings from your LMS to the corresponding trainings in your PE-online account.
  4. A dialog box will appear with the information you need to fill in:
    • Select a training: Choose a training from your library.
    • PE-Course ID: This is the Course ID from your PE-online account.
    • PE-Module ID: If the course in PE-online consists of more than one module, you must enter both the PE-Module ID and the PE-Course ID.
    • Select a profession group: This is the group of learners who will be rewarded once they complete the selected learning experience.

Once you’ve completed all the fields, click “Save” to create the new accreditation. From now on, data will be automatically sent to PE-online when the employee completes the training.

For which content types can you configure PE-online accreditation?

You can configure PE-online accreditation for the following content types:

  • Online trainings
  • Internal events
  • Microlearnings

By awarding PE points to these types of learning, progress data can be automatically synchronized with PE-online—provided the connection is set up correctly.
