When you go to 'PE-Online' in the LMS, under 'Log' you will find all data logs which were sent to PE-Online. A number of errors can occur during processing by PE-Online. In order to view what went wrong, you can view this by clicking on the line. You will end up on a page where you can view all details. Be aware that the notifications are not generated through Studytube, but by the supplier of PE-Online.

No access, Incorrect User ID or User Key.
Check the UserKey and UserID in the Login details tab.
Professional organisation does not exist
The user is not known in PE-Online. Check whether the customer number has been correctly entered in Studytube and whether the individual is known in PE-Online. This notification is sometimes unclear because this notification also appears if you fill in the wrong professional group.
PE course ID is incorrect
No corresponding e-learning has been found in PE-Online. Check the Course ID of the accreditation. Check the Course ID of the accreditation, it must be the same as the ID that has been provided (or can be searched) by the supplier of the e-learning.
PE module does not exist
No corresponding module has been found in PE-Online. Check the Module ID with your Accreditation. This notification is sometimes unclear because this notification also appears if you intentionally do not fill in any Module ID.
