How can I track the learning progress of an employee?

Open a profile in the LMS from the users overview; five tabs appear in the next screen. The third tab shows the ‘overview learning’. In this overview you will find the following:

  • Name learning item
  • Learning type
  • Parent learning track
  • Assigner
  • Learning status
  • Started at
  • Assigned at
  • Completed at
  • Deadline at
  • Deadline status
  • Attendee status
  • Time spent
  • Learning archived
     

You can make your own adjustments to the columns displayed on the right side. You can use the filters on the right side to filter by date range, learning type, learning status, and categories. 

 

Note! By default, the learning overview is filtered on the last 6 months. You can remove this range by standing on the date and clicking on the cross. Then you can choose a new date range in the filters.
