How do I manage visibility of a micro learning?

When you publish a micro-learning in the LMS, you can set it to ‘visible to everyone’, ‘visible to some’ or ‘hidden’. 
In the LMS, go to library and then click on the desired micro-learning unit (video, document or article) and scroll down to the ‘setting’ tab to navigate to the settings.  



 

If your learning item is set to 'visible to all', all the users of the academy can find it in the library on their dashboard. If you want to make a learning item visible to a certain group of users, you can also make it visible to one or more teams. You can do this by selecting 'visible to some' in the settings of the learning item. Then indicate for which team(s) this should be visible. 


If you choose to set the learning item to hidden, it is not accessible to all users. You must then assign a learning item to one or more users in order to have it show up on their dashboard. You can do this with a separate learning item or by placing a number of (hidden) learning items in a learning track.


It is also possible to change the visibility settings for a selection of or all micro learnings. Also, you can link a category to multiple micro learnings at the same time.
