With the Studytube Digital Training Assistant you can take care of the entire course and learning procurement process for more than 1000 external providers. If you do not want to make a provider’s entire content available, but only specific courses, go to 'Digital Training Assistant > External offer' in the LMS.
NOTE: The name for 'External offer' may be different for your academy, as you can adjust this via 'Settings > Academy Settings > Custom Names' in the LMS.
Shareable link for an external training course
When an external training course has been added to the offering, but you do not want to make it visible to the entire academy, there is the possibility to generate a shareable link so that you can make the course available to, for example, a select group of participants. With the shareable link, everyone will be able to access the training, regardless of visibility settings.
You will also find various filters on the right-hand side of the page:
- Offered/Not offered (and available in the LMS)
- Visibility (visible within the academy or not?)
- Available as in-company (can this training also be requested as in-company training?)
- External offer type (the different types, from classroom training to exams)
- Dates (what takes place within 2 or 4 weeks, or the upcoming months)
- Days of the week (based on training start date)
- Categories (the different categories, determined by the training provider)
- Price ( < € 500 to > € 4000)
- Search field to search by provider name
- Language (in which the training is given)
- Preferred providers
- Search field quality marks (click on the magnifying glass for the options)
- Certificate (general certificate or specific certificate of the trainer)
- Educational points
- Overall rating of the training (participants can assess the training after participation)
- Provider rating (participants can assess the trainer after participation)
