In addition to the option of creating and setting up budgets manually, you can also upload budgets via a template. This allows you to create a large number of academy budgets at one time.
Many organisations set budgets with a 1-year validity term. You can easily create new budgets via the template, without having to create them again one by one. You can also change the expiration of an existing budget via this option. Bear in mind that the transactions that have already been registered on this budget will be deducted from the total amount.
How do you upload budgets via the Studytube template?
When you navigate in the LMS to 'Digital Training Assistant > Budgets', on the summary page you can see the 'Import & Export' button under the 'Academy budgets' tab or the 'Personal budgets' tab.
After you click on it, a pop-up will appear describing the steps. After you click on 'Import' the task is sent to the waiting list. You will receive an email when the budgets have been successfully uploaded.
