What steps do I need to follow to renew the certificate on the Studytube side?
When you receive a notification stating that your SSO certificate needs to be renewed, please contact service@studytube.nl. Don’t worry, in most cases, nothing needs to be done on the Studytube side as the certificates are automatically updated. In exceptional cases, action may be required from our developers. Our service department can inform you if your academy is one of those exceptions.
