If you want to grant a user access to the LMS, you have to add them to a permission group.
To do so, in the LMS, go to People and navigate to the tab Permissions.
Select one of the generic Permission groups.
In the tab Managers, you can click on Create and add manager in the top right. You can now select a user in the pop-up and assign an existing permissions group.
If you want to assign specific permissions not listed in a standard permissions group, you can create a new one under ‘Permissions Group’.
