When are reminder emails sent?

It’s possible to set a deadline when you assign a micro learning, online course, or learning track to an employee. When the deadline has almost passed, reminder emails are sent.

 

For online courses

Reminder emails are sent to the employee in a certain time sequence by default. An email is sent to the user 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before the deadline of the online training or learning track. An email is sent three days after the deadline has passed if the online course or learning track has not been completed yet. 


 

7 days before the deadline

1st reminder

3 days before the deadline

2nd reminder

1 days before the deadline

3rd reminder

3 days after the deadline 

4th reminder (only for online courses)

 

If a team manager indicates that they want to receive notifications for this, they will receive a notification via email one day before the deadline passes and one day after the deadline has passed.

 

In addition to the automatic emails listed above, you can also send manual reminders when the deadline of a learning intervention has passed. You can do this from the 'Learning Progress in 'My dashboard'.



Deadlines in a learning track

You can also set deadlines for learning items in a learning track. The learning item then has a deadline after assigning or starting it. Add the optional notifications below as you see fit.
