The survey functionality allows you to create a survey and assign it to users. You can do this on an individual level from the ‘All users’ overview or by automatically using a trigger that is activated when a learning item is completed.
Opening 'Surveys' from the LMS shows an overview of active and archived surveys. The same overview allows you to create a new survey in the top right-hand corner.
When creating a new survey, you start by submitting a title and description. After the name is set, you will see the survey builder where you can further expand the title and/or description if necessary. You can also add the questions to the survey in the same screen.
There are six possible question types and for each question you can set whether the question is mandatory or not. Note: at least one question must be mandatory in order to publish the survey.
